BERRY HEALTHY BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
Kickstart your day with this healthy berry smoothie! It provides a good source of protein and carbohydrate and is great for those that are on the go! It is also packed with antioxidants, potassium and calcium!!
- 3/4 cup blueberries (I use frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp runny honey
- 200ml trim milk (or you can use soy/almond/rice milk for dairy free)
- a few ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and you’re good to go!!!
